Terms and Conditions of Sale
No contract will commence between you and Dilly Daydream for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Dilly Daydream accepts your order in writing, confirming that it has despatched your product. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Dilly Daydream irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Dilly Daydream accepts payment in all currencies via Paypal which accepts most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro. Payment may also be made by credit/debit card in £ (GBP) via Realex. You will be advised by email or telephone if we cannot process your order because there any items on your order that are out of stock.
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please click here to contact within 24 hours of your order being placed. No cancellations can be made after this time.
Delivery and Packaging
Dilly Daydream’s aim is to despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for standard items, 10 working days for embroidered/bespoke items. This is subject to availability of stock. If the particular product is not in stock, we will endeavour to source the same or similar fabrics or alternatively can offer you a different design and will contact you to confirm this.
Dilly Daydream have made every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible on our website. We cannot guarantee the colour you see on your monitor will 100% reflect the colour of the goods on delivery. Dilly Daydream take care to ensure that all details, prices and product description are correct at the time of being entered on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock before your order has been processed, Dilly Daydream will notify you as soon as possible. If the particular product is not in stock, we will endeavour to source the same or similar fabrics or alternatively can offer you a different design and will contact you to confirm this.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any goods provided they are returned in as new condition within 14 days. If you believe your goods are faulty, please return them so that we can inspect them and contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution. If we agree that the product was faulty, the new delivery cost will be covered by us. However, if the product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost of postage. Dilly Daydream cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit and so we recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
