HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER A DILLY DAYDREAM SHOWER CAP OR TURBAN WILL FIT ME?
We make shower caps for average sized heads with a capacity for long hair. However, what is average? Most customers find our shower caps fit perfectly however some find them too large and a few occasionally find them too small. We measured our heads as follows:
Around the hairline - across the forehead, below the ears and round the nape of the neck, ie where the elastic of a frill shower cap would sit.
Across the crown - below the ear, across the crown to below the other ear.
Our heads measure:
|Alison - 56 x 44cms|
Liz - 62 x 46cms
Alison's mum - 60 x 41cms
Teenage daughter - 57 x 42cms
The standard sized shower caps, turbans and drying turbans are a good fit for the adults except Liz who finds the shower turban a little too tight. Alison's teenage daughter finds a petite shower cap a better fit. The petite shower caps are 6cms smaller in diameter. All caps have adjustable elastic which can be accessed via a small opening in the bias channel. This allows you to either loosen or tighten the elastic for the perfect fit.

WILL YOUR ORDER COME GIFT WRAPPED?
All items are gift wrapped in tissue and sent with a card. If sending as a gift and you wish to include a gift message for the recipient, please add this in the gift message section during check out. Please note, many of our orders are sent as gifts and therefore we do not enclose any receipts or financial information with your product.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed; please use the Contact Us page to cancel your order. However, if you have already received an email confirming dispatch of your order then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense.
If you believe your goods are faulty, please return them so that we can inspect them and contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution. If the product is found to be faulty, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your return (excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays) and then process your request for a refund or replacement.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason you wish to return your order, for an exchange or refund (excluding P&P), you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged and in mint condition.
