SIZING

To find out which hat will fit you best, measure your head in 2 places:

Circumference round the nape of your neck, below your ears and across your forehead, ie where the elastic of a frill shower cap would sit.

56cms or above = standard size / 55cms or less = petite size

Crown from below the left ear, across the crown to below the right ear. 

41cms or more = standard size / 40cms or less = petite size

NOTE: this is just a guide as head shapes and ear positions vary!

ADJUSTING THE SIZE

There is a small gap in the bias channel inside the classic frill shower caps, that enables you to access the elastic and tighten or loosen it (and re-tie) to get the perfect fit.  

Currently, the shower turban size can't be adjusted - but we are working on it!

CAN I WASH MY HAT?

Yes! All our shower hats and drying turbans are fully washable. All designs can be washed at 30 degrees in the washing machine, although we recommend hand washing Sparkle Gold. Simply hang up to dry properly after use to keep your hat smelling fresh and looking as good as new.

SHOWER CAP MOT & SERVICE

Whilst you can recycle the fabrics from our products, you might wish to prolong your shower cap's life instead. Many of our customers have hats lasting well into their 10th year! If your shower cap is looking tired and is in need of a bit of TLC we offer a shower cap MOT service. This includes replacement elastic and a gold service wash and brush up from as little as £5 plus P&P. If you are extremely attached to the particular fabric and the design is no longer available, we offer a total re-build of your hat starting at £15.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Whilst we hold most items in stock, please allow up to 3 working days for your product to be made before it is despatched.

WILL MY ORDER COME GIFT WRAPPED?

All items are wrapped in tissue and sent with a card. If sending as a gift and you wish to include a gift message for the recipient, please add this in the gift message section during check out. Please note, many of our orders are sent as gifts and therefore we do not enclose any receipts or financial information with your product.

BESPOKE DESIGNS

If you are looking for a bespoke and unique gift for a special birthday or event, we can help! If you’ve got an idea or theme in mind, just drop us a line and we can work with you to come up with something totally unique. Please note, we only offer this bespoke service on our classic frill shower caps.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed; please use the Contact Us page to cancel your order.  However, if you have already received an email confirming dispatch of your order then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense.   

If you believe your goods are faulty, please return them so that we can inspect them and contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution. If the product is found to be faulty, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your return (excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays) and then process your request for a refund or replacement.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If for any reason you wish to return your order, for an exchange or refund (excluding P&P), you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged and in mint condition.  To initiate your return, please click here
