Whilst we hold most items in stock, please allow up to 3 working days for your product to be made before it is despatched.

DELIVERY

UK shipping is FREE on all orders using Royal Mail's second class service. You can upgrade to their tracked first class service for £5.00. 

For peace of mind, we would always recommend opting for the tracked service as we will not be able to give you any delivery information once we have posted your order using the non-tracked service.

If you require a speedier delivery service, please contact us and we can discuss the options and costs with you.

All International orders are sent using Royal Mail's tracked airmail service (5-10 working days), prices start from £9.75 and are dependent on weight.  Prices will be calculated at checkout.  

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If for any reason you wish to return your order, for an exchange or refund (excluding P&P), you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged and in mint condition.
