Silk Sleep Turbans

Our new Silk Lined Sleep Turbans have been designed to gently protect your hair while you sleep, helping to reduce the rubbing and friction caused by your pillow. Made with a luxurious pure mulberry silk lining, soft velvet-feel satin outer and a soft bamboo jersey band, these sleep turbans will help to reduce tangles, frizz and the risk of hair breakage.

 Wake up to hair that feels softer, smoother and more manageable and less of that morning bed head. By helping to protect your hair overnight, your turban can also help you hold onto your hairstyle for longer, meaning less brushing, restyling and heat damage the following morning.

The Dilly Daydream Story

Dilly Daydream—Alison's childhood nickname (make of that what you will!)—began in 2007 with a simple search for a gift.

Unable to find a pretty, well-made shower cap for her grandmother, Alison was disappointed by the choices on offer. Most were tight-fitting, mass-produced plastic imports that lacked both quality and charm.

Convinced there had to be a better alternative, she decided to make one herself. What started as a daydream quickly became a reality, and Dilly Daydream was born.

Today, we continue to make beautiful, practical bathroom accessories from our UK workshop, including shower caps, shower turbans, drying turbans, swim turbans, sponge bags, bath pillows and hairbands. Every item is made with the same philosophy that inspired the very first shower cap: everyday essentials should be functional, comfortable, long-lasting and a pleasure to use.

Our shower caps are machine washable and designed to stand the test of time. We even offer a Shower Cap MOT service to refresh well-loved favourites, helping them look their best for years to come. We also create bespoke shower caps for customers looking for something truly personal.
